HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. warrants to the customer that the HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of 3 months, which begins on the date of purchase by the customer.
HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of improper installation, maintenance or modification; the use of alternative parts or supplies not provided or supported by HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP; operation outside the product's specifications; unauthorized modification or misuse.
This warranty only covers the HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM conversion unit and recovery valve; not accessories, or shipping costs, and does not cover products that have been remanufactured, reverse engineered, cut or sawed into, or tampered with in any way after purchase as proven by the integrity of the warranty seals.
If HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any product, which is covered by this warranty, HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. shall either repair or replace the product.
HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. shall have no obligation to repair, or replace until the customer returns the defective product along with proof of purchase.
Any replacement product may be either new or refurbished. Replacement parts may contain remanufactured parts, and/or components, or materials equivalent to new in performance.
HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM products received for a lack of hydrogen production, we will tested to determine the Hydrogen production output. If the unit is defective, HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. will have the option of repairing or replacing the unit.
HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. recommends to keep the original packaging.
In the event that the return of the product is needed, the use of the original packaging will be a condition required.
Use original packaging to prevent product damage during transport.
All postage and/or shipping expenses for the repair and/or replacement of part/s from a customer to HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. shall be covered in whole by the customer.
Repaired units will be returned to fulfill the remainder of the original warranty duration.
HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM is designed to operate using only distilled and/or rain water, along with our approved electrolyte substance, Potassium Hydroxide. No exceptions.
Replacement/repair Policy:
BEFORE YOU RETURN PRODUCT(S),email to HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This (RMA) number must be displayed on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt, Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, along with a reason for your return, and the (RMA) number. HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP., will refuse, and return to sender, any packages that do not display the (RMA) number.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or grant refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to, customer negligence, buyers regret, buyers remorse, installation difficulty, insufficient mounting space, never installed, unused units, and others; except as specified above regarding manufacturer's defect.
For any repair and/or replacement, the system must have all original parts that were included with the kit.
Important: Warranty of any unit/s will be render void any Electrolyte except the specified on the provided instruccions were to be used as a Catalyst.
HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. is not responsible for loss, or damage of returned items. Please return the HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM product only to the return address that HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. provides you with your (RMA) number.
This is a sealed unit. Any tampering or opening of the unit will void any and all guarantees and/or warrantees.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL HYDROGEN BOOST SYSTEM CORP. OR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EITHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES TO A CUSTOMER' S VEHICLE.
